Editing payment information

To edit the payment information that you use for purchasing Tungsten AP Essentials services:

  1. Log in to the Tungsten AP Essentials Store: https://store.readsoftonline.com/

    You have five chances to enter the correct password when logging in. If you enter the wrong password more than five times, your account is locked for 30 minutes.

  2. Select your email address at the top of the web page to manage the account settings.
  3. Navigate to the Payment method view.
  4. Select Change payment details to edit the payment method.
  5. Select Update to save your changes.
