Editing payment information
To edit the payment information that you use for purchasing Kofax AP Essentials services:
Log in to the
Kofax AP Essentials
You have five chances to enter the correct password when logging in. If you enter the wrong password more than five times, your account is locked for 30 minutes.
- Click your email address at the top of the web page to manage the account settings.
- Navigate to the Payment method view.
- Click Change payment details to edit the payment method.
- Click Update to save your changes.
