The Account view

Use this view to view or adjust the account settings in Admin Center.

To access this view in Admin Center: Click an Account node in the administration tree.

The settings displayed can vary depending on whether you select a partner or customer account. Use these settings to view or adjust the account settings:

Service plan  

Edit Displays a view that you can use to edit the service plan.
Model

Determines the licensing model:

  • The Live model is for customers in production.
  • The Demo model is for organizations that use Kofax AP Essentials for demonstration purposes.
  • The Trial model is for organizations that want to test Kofax AP Essentials.

Volume

The number of documents that are licensed during the period specified by the service plan. In other words, the number of documents the customer can process during the specified period. Document volume data is updated every 5 hours.

Period start

Specifies when the current period of service plan started.  

Period end

Specifies when the current period of service plan ends.  

Description You can use this setting to save notes about the licensing. For example, if you made special arrangements to extend the length of a demo account, you can type the details here.  
Reference The text that you type here is used as the customer billing report reference in the billing report.

Usage  

Documents remaining

The number of documents remaining in the current period that you can process without incurring charges for overage.  

Document overage

The number of documents over the amount included in your service plan.  

Days remaining in period

The number of days remaining in the current service plan period. For live accounts, this is the number of days until the current billing cycle ends. For trial accounts, this is the number of days until the trial ends.  

Days since period ended

The number of days since the current service plan period ended. For live accounts, this is the number of days that have passed since the current service plan ended, and it can indicate that there was a problem processing your payment. For trial accounts, this is the number of days since the trial ended.  

Preview features

Displays a list of available preview features.

The preview features that appear can vary depending on which preview features are enabled on the parent account. Enabled preview features are denoted with a check mark.
