Configuring custom roles for NetSuite

You use custom roles to limit access of the user that you want to use for the Tungsten AP Essentials integration. We recommend creating a specific user for this purpose.

You must install the Tungsten AP Essentials bundle before you perform these steps.

To apply the Tungsten AP Essentials role to a user:

  1. In NetSuite, navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Users.
  2. Find the user that you want to use for the Tungsten AP Essentials integration.
  3. Edit the user and select the Access tab.
  4. Select Tungsten AP Essentials in the Role box and click Add.
