The Users view

Use this view to add or edit a user in Admin Center.

To access this view in Admin Center: Navigate to Account > User management > Users in the tree view.

Use this view to add or edit a user.

ADD

Displays a view that you can use to add a new user.

IMPORT Displays a view that you can use to import multiple users using a CSV file.

This button is not available on all levels of the tree view.

EXPORT

Prompts you to download a CSV file containing user information from the current view. This is helpful for administrators who need to get an overview of users and their settings. The CSV contains this information:

  • User name
  • Full name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Notes
  • Whether an identity provider is used (true/false)
  • Role
  • Groups
  • Manager user name
  • Monetary limit
  • Monetary limit currency
  • Substitute user name
  • Last login date
  • Whether two-factor authentication is used (true/false)

USER NAME

The name you use to log in with. You can click the user name to display a view that you can use to edit its settings.

FULL NAME

The real name (first name, last name) of the user.

EMAIL

The email address of the user.

ROLE

The role of the user.

  • Admin - Administrators who manage accounts, users and settings in Admin Center. The Admin user must have the Manage accounts privilege in order to change settings. Without this privilege, administrators can access the Admin Center, but they cannot edit settings.
  • User - Users who process documents and only have access to Tungsten AP Essentials Office.
RESET PASSWORD

Displays a dialog that asks if you are sure if you want to reset the user password. If you click OK, a new, random password is created for the selected user. The new password is sent to the user via email.

You cannot choose or see the password that is sent to user.

DELETE Displays a dialog that asks if you are sure you want to delete the user. If you click OK, the user is deleted from the system.
