The Customer account view

This view displays overview information about a single customer account in Admin Center.

To access this view in Admin Center:  Click a customer account node in the administration tree.

Use this view to manage customer account settings.

ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE Activates or deactivates the customer account. It can take up to one minute to activate an account.
PAUSE/RESUME
  • PAUSE - Temporarily pauses the account.

    When an account is paused, users can continue working normally; however, no output is sent to the target system. This is helpful, for example, if you need to suspend a customer account for lack of payment. Unlike deactivation, pausing an account does not cause user accounts to be disabled, no deactivation emails are sent to users, and incoming documents are still accepted.

  • RESUME - Resumes the account

GROUP/UNGROUP
  • GROUP - Displays a dialog that you can use to assign the customer account to a group.

  • UNGROUP - Displays a dialog that asks if you want to remove the customer account from the current group, returning ownership to the parent partner account.

    This button only appears if the customer account is already in a group.

MOVE Displays a dialog that you can use to move the customer account to a different group.

This button only appears if the customer account is already in a group.

DELETE Displays a dialog that asks if you want to delete the account.
Searches downward in the account hierarchy for objects, such as sub-organizations, users and buyers.
Usage Shows how many documents have been processed during the current period.

This data is updated every 5 hours.

Users Shows how many users the customer account has.
Buyers Shows how many buyers the customer account has.
Company profile Displays a view that you can use to edit the company profile.
Add user Displays a view that you can use to add a new user.
Services Displays the Services view.
Open Analytics Opens Analytics reports in a new view.
Open Invoice Portal

Opens Invoice Portal in a new browser view.
