The Partners view

Use this view to manage partners in Admin Center.

To access this view in Admin Center:  Click a Partners node in the administration tree.

ADD

Displays a view that you can use to add a new partner.

ADD GROUP

Displays a view that you can use to group partner accounts.

NAME The name of the partner.
EXTERNAL ID A value you can use to identify the partner in an external system, such as your target system.
GROUP Determines whether you want to display individual partners, groups or both.
STATUS Displays the current state of the partner, activated or deactivated.
Displays a context menu with actions you can perform on the account.
  • Open in new tab - Opens the customer account settings in a new tab.

  • Activate - Activates the account. It can take up to one minute to activate an account.

  • Deactivate - Deactivates the account.

  • Pause - Pauses the account.

  • Resume - Resumes the account.

  • Move - Displays a dialog that you can use to move the account to a different group.

    This button only appears if the account is already in a group.

  • Group - Displays a dialog that you can use to assign the account to a group.

  • Ungroup - Displays a dialog that asks if you want to remove the account from the current group, returning ownership to the parent account.

    This button only appears if the account is already in a group.

  • Copy - Displays a dialog that you can use to copy the current customer account.

  • Delete - Displays a dialog that asks if you want to delete the account.

The items that appear in the context menu can vary depending on your privileges. Some items on the partner level are only available to Kofax personnel.
