The Usage summary view

This view displays usage information for sub-accounts.

To access this view in Admin Center, click a Usage summary node in the administration tree.

This view is available on the subsidiary, partner, partner group and customer group levels. Document volume data is updated every 5 hours. Use these settings to get an overview of customer account usage:

NAME

Displays the name of a partner or customer account. Clicking the name takes you to the account view of the partner/customer you clicked.

MODEL

Determines the licensing model:

  • The Live model is for customers in production.
  • The Demo model is for organizations that use Kofax AP Essentials for demonstration purposes.
  • The Trial model is for organizations that want to test Kofax AP Essentials.

The model is empty if no service plan is specified.

DOCUMENT VOLUME

The number of documents that are licensed during the period specified by the service plan. In other words, the number of documents the customer can process during the specified period. Document volume data is updated every 5 hours.

The progress indicator changes color as the licensed volume of documents is consumed.

  • 0% - 80% = Green
  • 80% - 100% = Yellow
  • 100% or more = Red

If a service plan is specified without a document volume, the progress bar does not indicate any progress.

TIME PERIOD Displays the beginning and ending dates of the service plan.

The time period is empty if a service plan is specified without a time period.

The progress indicator changes color as the licensed time period nears expiration.

  • 0% - 80% = Green
  • 80% - 100% = Yellow
  • 100% or more = Red
