Canceling a service plan

You can cancel a service plan at any time. To cancel a service plan:

  1. Log in to the Kofax AP Essentials Store:

    You have five chances to enter the correct password when logging in. If you enter the wrong password more than five times, your account is locked for 30 minutes.

  2. Click your email address at the top of the web page to manage the account settings.
  3. Click My plan.
  4. Click Cancel my plan and use the view that appears to confirm that you want to cancel your service plan.

    After you cancel a plan, you can continue to use Kofax AP Essentials until the current subscription period ends. After the current subscription period ends, your account is paused.
