The Email forwarding view

Use these settings to specify the conditions that trigger the forwarding of input email.

To access this view in Admin Center: Click Email input at the customer level, click Email forwarding and click ADD or click an existing email address in the list.

Use these settings to specify the conditions that trigger the forwarding of input email.

Accepted A copy of all email that is successfully accepted by Kofax AP Essentials is sent to the forwarding email address.
Discarded A copy of all email that is discarded by Kofax AP Essentials is sent to the forwarding email address. An email can be discarded if it does not contain an attached invoice, or the attachment is invalid.
Forward email to this address Specifies the email address that you want to forward email to.  
Return the email to the sender Determines whether a copy of the email is returned to the sender. This is helpful because it alerts the sender that something has gone wrong.
All buyers (current and future) Applies these settings to email from all buyers, including new buyers that you create in the future. If you do not select this option, you must specify buyers in the list at the bottom of the dialog.
Selected buyers Restricts the application of these settings to the buyers you select in the list.
