Assign organizations to a user
You can limit which buyers
a user can access when processing documents in
Tungsten AP Essentials Office.
Assign buyer organizations to a user
To specify which buyer organizations a user has access to:
- Navigate to the Users view and select a user you want to adjust. The user must have the User role. You cannot associate an Admin user with a buyer organization.
- Use the Buyer access tab to specify which buyers you want to assign to the selected user.
- Select Save to save your changes.
