Editing a service plan

This procedure shows how to edit an existing customer service plan in Admin Center.

Administrators can easily edit an existing customer service plan.

  1. Navigate to the Account view of the customer whose plan you want to edit.
  2. Click Edit in the Service plan settings.
  3. Use the view that appears to change the service plan settings. Note that you cannot revert a Live account back to a Demo or Trial account.
    The usage settings are helpful for managing accounts, but they do not enforce the limits that are specified in the settings, even if notifications are enabled. For example, if an account processes more invoices than the maximum number that is specified in the Volume setting, the account is not disabled in any way. It is up to the account administrator to negotiate a new agreement and adjust the settings accordingly.
  4. Click SAVE to save your changes.
