Enabling and disabling services

To enable or disable a service:

  1. Navigate to the account or customer to change in the administration tree-view.
  2. Select Services.
  3. Select the service to enable (or disable).

    If the service you want is not listed, it may be disabled higher up in the tree-view.

    If you enable a service that has settings, adjust the settings before you enable it.

  4. Click Enable/Disable.
Services can be enabled on multiple levels, and each child node in the administration tree-view inherits services from its parent.
