The Email input view
Use these settings to define the Email input service.
To access this view in Admin Center: Select a Services node in the administration tree and click Email input.
To avoid configuration issues, multiple administrators should not edit the same service at the same time.
The services and settings available can vary depending on your role and which Services node you selected in the administration tree:

Lets you edit the settings in the current view. SAVE and CANCEL buttons appear after you click EDIT. Any changes or deletions that you make do not take affect until you click SAVE. If you regret your changes, click CANCEL. |
Email address prefix | Specifies a prefix that will precede all email addresses. |
Email domain name | Specifies the email domain name. Learn about using your own domain. This setting is read-only. |
Input addresses | |
ADD | Displays a view for adding a new email input address. |
DELETE | Deletes the selected email address settings. |
INPUT EMAIL ADDRESS | Specifies email addresses that accept invoices as attachments. Clicking an address displays a view that you can use to edit the email input settings. |
DOCUMENT TYPE | Specifies which document type is expected by invoices that are sent to this address. If Use subject or default is selected, the document type is determined according to the procedure described here. |
BUYER | Specifies which buyer to send the invoices to. If Use subject or default is selected, the buyer is determined according to the steps described here. |
ATTACHMENTS | Specifies whether attachments contain one or multiple invoices. |
Email forwarding |

ADD | Displays a dialog for adding a new forwarding email address. |
DELETE | Deletes the selected email-forwarding settings. |
EMAIL ADDRESS | An email address that has email-forwarding settings applied. Also known as the forwarding email address. Clicking an email address displays a dialog that you can use to change the email forwarding settings. |
ACCEPTED | A copy of all email that is successfully accepted by Tungsten AP Essentials is sent to the forwarding email address. |
DISCARDED | A copy of all email that is discarded by Tungsten AP Essentials is sent to the forwarding email address. An email can be discarded if it does not contain an attached invoice, or the attachment is invalid. |
RETURN THE EMAIL TO THE SENDER | Determines whether a copy of the email is returned to the sender. This is helpful because it alerts the sender that something has gone wrong. |
