The Workflow view (for adding or editing a workflow)
Use these settings to add or edit a workflow.
To access this view in Admin Center: Select a Services node in the tree view, click Workflow, and click the name of an existing workflow, or click ADD CODING & APPROVAL WORKFLOW, ADD CORRECTION WORKFLOW or ADD REJECTION WORKFLOW while editing the workflow settings.
Use these settings to add or edit a workflow.
Name | Specifies the names of the workflow. |
Description | Specifies the description of the workflow. |
ADD | Displays a dialog that you can use to add steps to the workflow. |
Exception handler | Determines which user can handle exceptions,
such as rejected invoices or invoices that have exceeded the
Maximum
duration specified in the
Notifications
settings.
This setting is not available for rejection workflows. |
