Your Kofax AP Essentials store account

When you purchase a service plan at the Kofax AP Essentials store, a store account is automatically created for you using the email and password you provided during the registration step. You can log in to your account at the store and click your email address at the top of the web page to manage your account settings:

All information in this view is for billing purposes only. These settings do not affect Kofax AP Essentials.

Account

Company name

The name of the company.

Tax registration number

An identifying number used for tax purposes such as a taxpayer identification number (TIN).

Note that VAT is only applied to your subscription purchase if your organization is located in Sweden.

First name

Your first name.

Last name

Your last name.

Phone number

Your phone number.

Address

The street address of the company specified above.

Zip code

The zip code or postal code.

City

The city.

State

The state.

Country

The country. For tax reasons, you cannot change the country. If you need to change the country, you must order a new service plan. When you order a new service plan, your old plan is replaced with the new one.

SAVE

Saves any changes you make to the settings on this page.

My plan

Displays information about your current plan. You cannot change the settings on this page. To change your plan, simply order a new plan, and your current plan will update automatically.

Change payment method

Displays a view that you can use to edit your payment method.

This button is only visible if we were unable to process your payment. Click this button after you check your payment details, if you want to try to process your payment again.

If payment fails too many times, your Kofax AP Essentials account is paused. When an account is paused, you can continue to accept and process invoices, but output is not sent to the target system. Upon successful payment, normal processing resumes.

Orders

Order number

The order number. Clicking the order number displays details about the order.

Created

The date the order was placed.

License

Displays the length of your current subscription period.

Description

Describes the plan that you ordered.

Invoices

Invoice number

The invoice number.

Created

The date that the invoice was created.

Status

The current payment status of the invoice.

Change password

Password settings apply to your store account only. These settings do not affect Kofax AP Essentials account settings.

Current password

The current password you log in with.

New password

The new password that you want to use. Passwords must be at least 6 and at most 100 characters long

Confirm new password

Repeat the new password.

UPDATE PASSWORD

Updates your credentials with the new password.

Configure two-factor authentication

Displays a view which you can use to configure two-factor authentication for your store account.

Two-factor authentication (2FA), often referred to as two-step verification or multi-factor authentication, is a security process in which users provide two forms of authentication in order to verify their identity and log into an account. In contrast, single-factor authentication is a security process in which the user provides only one form of identification, such as a password. Two-factor authentication provides an additional layer of security that makes it harder for attackers to gain access to your account because knowing the password alone is not enough to pass the authentication check.
