ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE

Activates or deactivates the account. It can take up to one minute to activate an account.

PAUSE/RESUME

This button is only visible for customer groups.

  • PAUSE - Temporarily pauses all accounts in the group.

When an account is paused, users can continue working normally; however, no output is sent to the target system. This is helpful, for example, if you need to suspend a customer account for lack of payment. Unlike deactivation, pausing an account does not cause user accounts to be disabled, no deactivation emails are sent to users, and incoming documents are still accepted.

  • RESUME - Lets you resume accounts in the group.

You must resume each member of the group individually.
