How to access your data
At Tungsten Automation, we are committed to giving you clear, practical access to the data you generate and manage through our service. This topic explains what data is available and how you can export it.
The most important data, documents in progress, is readily accessible at any time by processing them through the system using your configured target system service. Other data, such as configuration data, is specific to AP Essentials and typically not portable to other systems. However, it can still be accessed through the user interface or the API.
Export options

Documents: Complete processing for all documents to export them to the target system.

Storage files: In AP Essentials Office, select any or all files in the Files view and select Download.

Resources: Navigate to the Resources view and select Download.

Analytics data: Navigate to any report in Analytics and select Export to Excel.

User accounts: Navigate to the Users view and select Export.

Storage documents: Please contact Professional Services to obtain documents in Storage.
API Access
Although configuration settings are not readily exportable from the user interface, you can use the following API endpoints to access them.
