Create custom reject codes

Administrators can create custom reject codes and corresponding descriptions that replace the default choices that appear in the Reject document dialog when rejecting a document. This feature is helpful for integrations that require specific codes, triggering workflows, and meeting compliance requirements.

To create custom reject codes:

  1. Expand the Explore node on a customer account and select Reject codes.
  2. Select Add.
  3. Use the Reject codes view to create up to 100 custom reject codes.
