The Hold document dialog
Use this dialog put a document on hold.
To display this dialog: Click in the document view.
Use this dialog put a document on hold. The appearance of this dialog can vary depending on whether an administrator has created custom on-hold codes.
The default Hold document dialog
The standard dialog has this setting:
| Type the hold reason | Type why you are holding the document in the space provided. |
The custom Hold document dialog
If an administrator has created custom on-hold codes, the dialog has these settings:
| Select a hold reason | Displays custom on-hold codes for selection. |
| Description | A read-only description of the on-hold code. |
| Additional information | You can optionally type more information about why you are holding the document. |
