Document history view
Use this view to see the event log of a document.
To access this view, select in the document list view.
| Changed date |
The date and time the event occurred. To ensure that all users see the correct time for their location, AP Essentials stores all dates and times in a standard format called UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). When you view a document, the system automatically converts the stored UTC time to your browser's local time zone. |
| Event | Describes changes made to the document. Not all changes are logged in the document history. If a user overrides a validation during verification, it is logged. However, validations that are overridden during approval workflows are not logged. |
| Changed by | Specifies who made the change. |
| Comment | Displays additional details about the event. |
| Displays a log of changes made to coding lines, buyers, and more. |
The document history is updated each time the document is saved.
