The Document history dialog
Use this view to see the event log of a document.
To access this view: Click in the document list view.
Use this view to see the event log of a document.
| Changed date | The date and time the event occurred. |
| Event | Describes changes made to the document. Not all changes are logged in the document history. If a user overrides a validation during verification, it is logged here, however, validations that are overridden during approval workflows are not logged. |
| Changed by | Specifies who made the change. |
| Comment | Displays additional details about the event. |
| | Displays a log of changes made to coding lines, buyers, and more. |
The Document history is updated each time the document is saved.
