Document history view

Use this view to see the event log of a document.

To access this view, select in the document list view.

Changed date

The date and time the event occurred.

To ensure that all users see the correct time for their location, AP Essentials stores all dates and times in a standard format called UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). When you view a document, the system automatically converts the stored UTC time to your browser's local time zone.

Event Describes changes made to the document. Not all changes are logged in the document history. If a user overrides a validation during verification, it is logged. However, validations that are overridden during approval workflows are not logged.
Changed by Specifies who made the change.
Comment Displays additional details about the event.
Displays a log of changes made to coding lines, buyers, and more.

The document history is updated each time the document is saved.
