Configuring custom roles for NetSuite

You use custom roles to limit access of the user that you want to use for the Kofax AP Essentials integration. We recommend creating a specific user for this purpose.

You must install the Kofax AP Essentials bundle before you perform these steps.

To apply the Kofax AP Essentials role to a user:

  1. In NetSuite, navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Users.
  2. Find the user that you want to use for the Kofax AP Essentials integration.
  3. Edit the user and select the Access tab.
  4. Select Kofax AP Essentials in the Role box and click Add.
