Editing service plans

To edit the model or usage of an account:

  1. Select the Account view you want to edit.
  2. Click Edit in the Service plan settings. The Service plan view appears.
  3. Adjust the Model setting by selecting Live, Demo or Trial. Note that you cannot revert a Live account back to a Demo or Trial account.

    The usage settings are helpful for managing accounts, but they do not enforce the limits that are specified in the settings, even if notifications are enabled. For example, if an account processes more invoices than the maximum number that is specified in the Volume setting, the account is not disabled in any way. It is up to the account administrator to negotiate a new agreement and adjust the settings accordingly.

  4. Optionally edit the other settings in the Service plan view.
  5. Click SAVE & CLOSE to save your settings.
