The Settings view

Use this view to specify account settings in Control Center.

To access this view: Select Settings on the partner level in the administration tree-view.

The settings displayed can vary depending on your role. Changes in Branding settings can take a few minutes to take effect.

Branding
Title Specifies the text that appears on the tab in the web browser.
Theme Determines the look of ReadSoft Online.
Host name Specifies the address used to access ReadSoft Online. You must specify a unique sub-domain if you want to use custom branding.

Note: The host name does not change if you change the name of a partner.

Language Determines which language to use for dates and currencies.
Interface language Specifies which language to use in the ReadSoft Online interface.
Single sign-on
Enable Enables single sign-on for the current account.
Identity provider Specifies the identity provider that you want to use for single sign on.
Two-factor authentication
Enforce two-factor authentication If selected, all users on the current account level must configure two-factor authentication in order to log in. You can exclude users from two-factor authentication individually in the Users view .
Tracking ID
Include the customer external reference ID in the tracking ID Determines whether the tracking ID is prefixed with the external reference ID of the customer. When selected, tracking IDs use this format:

prefix-YYYYMMDD-X

This setting applies to all of the customers of the current partner. This setting does not add the prefix to documents that are already in the system. Likewise, the prefix is not removed from the tracking IDs of existing documents, if you deselect this setting at a later date.

Integration
API key Specifies the API key to use when accessing the API using custom integrations.
Preview features
[Varies] Determines which preview features you can enable for the current partner or customer. You must have the Manage accounts privilege to change this setting.

Preview features are not inherited from parent accounts. You must enable preview features explicitly for each account. However, if you disable a preview feature on the partner level, it is disabled on all dependent customer levels.

Preview features on the customer group level only affect customer-group users. In other words, if you enable or disable a preview feature on the on the customer group level, it does not affect the customers in the group.
