The Services view: Master data settings
Use these settings to define the Master data service.
To access this view: Select a Services node in the administration tree and select Master data.
Use these settings to define the Master data service. The services and settings available can vary, depending on your role and which Services node you selected in the administration tree:
| Master data on customer level | Shares supplier master data between all buyers of the customer. This is helpful if a customer account has several buyers that share many of the same suppliers. |
| Let users update supplier data when verifying invoices | Determines whether users can change supplier data when
verifying invoices.
If this setting is not selected, the users:
Note When this setting is not selected, you can only add supplier data using the API.

| Start master-data import at | Specifies the time that you want to synchronize master data each day. The time you specify here is
UTC time.
Tip In order to use this setting, the ERP system specified in the
Output to target system settings must support master data services.

| Number of times per day | Determines how many times per day (max 4) that you want to import master data. For example, if you specify "3", master data is imported every 8 hours, starting at the time you specify to Start master-data import at. |
| Get master data now | Synchronizes the master data on
ReadSoft Online
with master data from the target system.
Tip In order to use this setting, the ERP system specified in the
Output to target system settings must support master data services.
