The Feedback view

Use these settings to filter, display and download feedback reports.

To access this view: Expand a Reporting node in the administration tree-view and select Feedback.

Use these settings to filter, display and download feedback reports:

Show deleted organizations Determines whether information from deleted organizations is included.
Customers Determines whether you want to display information for all customers or one customers in particular.
From/To   Specifies the date range that the report includes.
Generate Creates a report based on the criteria you specify.
  Prompts you to download the report as a CSV file.
Customer The parent organization of the user that sent the feedback.
External ID The external reference ID of the customer.
Track ID The track ID of the document that is associated with the feedback.
Created by The user who submitted the feedback.
Created The date and time that the feedback was submitted.
Status The status of the feedback.
Type The type of feedback that the user specified in the Feedback dialog.
Description The feedback message that was sent by the user (if any).
Response The reply to the feedback from ReadSoft personnel (if any).
