The Feedback view
Use these settings to filter, display and download feedback reports.
To access this view: Expand a Reporting node in the administration tree-view and select Feedback.
Use these settings to filter, display and download feedback reports:
| Show deleted organizations | Determines whether information from deleted organizations is included. |
| Customers | Determines whether you want to display information for all customers or one customers in particular. |
| From/To | Specifies the date range that the report includes. |
| Generate | Creates a report based on the criteria you specify. |
| Prompts you to download the report as a CSV file. | |
| Customer | The parent organization of the user that sent the feedback. |
| External ID | The external reference ID of the customer. |
| Track ID | The track ID of the document that is associated with the feedback. |
| Created by | The user who submitted the feedback. |
| Created | The date and time that the feedback was submitted. |
| Status | The status of the feedback. |
| Type | The type of feedback that the user specified in the Feedback dialog. |
| Description | The feedback message that was sent by the user (if any). |
| Response | The reply to the feedback from ReadSoft personnel (if any). |
