The Explore view (for administrators)

This view displays all of the batches in the system.

To access this view: Select a Explore node in the administration tree-view.

Note Successfully processed documents are deleted from ReadSoft Online after three months. Inactive documents are deleted one year after the last user interaction. Use the Storage service to prevent processed and inactive documents from being deleted.

This view displays all of the batches in the system. You can expand each item in the list to see which processes it has been through. The list can be filtered according to the file name, status and other items of interest.

Refresh automatically Refreshes the list view automatically when new data is received.
Show deleted Displays batches that have been deleted.
  Refreshes the list view.
Clears all filters at the top of the list.
Deletes the selected batches.

Batches remain in the system for tracking purposes, but are marked with a delete icon in the list.

Verify Opens the selected batch for verification.
Unlocks the selected batches.
Note Use caution when using this feature because normally a batch is locked while someone is working with it.
Displays more information about the selected item. For example, you can see when various events occurred, such as when the capture process started or when the extraction process completed.

  • To see the batch history, click  at the end of the row
  • To see the history of a particular invoice within a batch, expand the batch and click   on the invoice whose history you want to see. You can also click   to see the invoice image or click to view the invoice in Online Office.

Use the boxes above each column to filter the results in the list.

ID The document or batch ID. This filter only supports exact matches.
Track ID The track ID of the batch. This filter only supports exact matches.
File name The file name of the batch or document. This filter supports begins with style searching.
Created by The user who uploaded the batch. This filter supports begins with style searching.
Received The date and time that the batch was received by ReadSoft Online. This filter supports begins with style searching.
Status The current status of the batch. This filter supports begins with style searching.
Subsidiary The subsidiary that the batch belongs to. This filter supports begins with style searching.
Partner The partner that the batch belongs to. This filter supports begins with style searching.
Customer The customer that the batch belongs to. This filter supports begins with style searching.
Buyer The buyer that the batch is assigned to. This filter supports begins with style searching.
External ID The external ID of the document or batch. The external ID value is set by the target system; however, not all target systems set this value. This value is usually set when a document is registered in the target system, typically in a workflow. This filter supports begins with style searching.
