The Explore view (for administrators)
This view displays all of the batches in the system.
To access this view: Select a Explore node in the administration tree-view.
This view displays all of the batches in the system. You can expand each item in the list to see which processes it has been through. The list can be filtered according to the file name, status and other items of interest.
Refresh automatically | Refreshes the list view automatically when new data is received. |
Show deleted | Displays batches that have been deleted. |
Refreshes the list view. | |
Clears all filters at the top of the list. | |
Deletes the selected batches.
Batches remain in the system for tracking purposes, but are marked with a delete icon in the list. |

Verify | Opens the selected batch for verification. |
Unlocks the selected batches.
Use caution when using this feature because
normally a batch is locked while someone is working with it.

Displays more information about the selected
item. For example, you can see when various events occurred, such as when the
capture process started or when the extraction process completed.

Use the boxes above each column to filter the results in the list.
ID | The document or batch ID. This filter only supports exact matches. |
Track ID | The track ID of the batch. This filter only supports exact matches. |
File name | The file name of the batch or document. This

Received | The date and time that the batch was received

Status | The current status of the batch. This filter

Subsidiary | The subsidiary that the batch belongs to. This

Partner | The partner that the batch belongs to. This

Customer | The customer that the batch belongs to. This

Buyer | The buyer that the batch is assigned to. This

External ID | The external ID of the document or batch. The
external ID value is set by the target system; however, not all target systems
set this value. This value is usually set when a document is registered in the
target system, typically in a workflow. This filter supports
