The Documents in progress view
Use this view to filter, display and download reports.
To access this view: Expand a Reporting node in the administration tree-view and select Documents in progress.
Use these settings to filter, display and download reports:
| Show deleted organizations | Determines whether information from deleted organizations is included. |
| Subsidiaries | Determines whether you want to display information for all subsidiaries or one subsidiary in particular. |
| Partners | Determines whether you want to display information for all partners or one partner in particular. You cannot select a partner until you select a subsidiary. |
| Customers | Determines whether you want to display information for all customers or one customer in particular. You cannot select a customer until you select a partner. |
| Generate | Creates a report based on the criteria you specify. |

Prompts you to download the report as a CSV file. |
| Name | The name of the organization that the documents belong to. |
| In data-capture process | The number of documents that are currently being processed in the system. |
| In document-registration process | The number of documents that are currently being processed in a workflow (including positing and registration). This column only counts documents if you use Workflow services. |
| Total | The sum of both columns. |
