The Documents in progress view

Use this view to filter, display and download reports.

To access this view: Expand a Reporting node in the administration tree-view and select Documents in progress.

Use these settings to filter, display and download reports:

Show deleted organizations Determines whether information from deleted organizations is included.
Subsidiaries Determines whether you want to display information for all subsidiaries or one subsidiary in particular.
Partners Determines whether you want to display information for all partners or one partner in particular. You cannot select a partner until you select a subsidiary.
Customers Determines whether you want to display information for all customers or one customer in particular. You cannot select a customer until you select a partner.
Generate Creates a report based on the criteria you specify.
  Prompts you to download the report as a CSV file.
Name The name of the organization that the documents belong to.
In data-capture process The number of documents that are currently being processed in the system.
In document-registration process The number of documents that are currently being processed in a workflow (including positing and registration). This column only counts documents if you use Workflow services.
Total The sum of both columns.
