The Document processing view

Use this view to filter, display and download document-processing reports.

To access this view: Expand a Reporting node in the administration tree-view and select Document processing.

Use these settings to filter, display and download document-processing reports:

Show deleted organizations Determines whether information from deleted organizations is included.
Subsidiaries Determines whether you want to display information for all subsidiaries or one subsidiary in particular.
Partners Determines whether you want to display information for all partners or one partner in particular. You cannot select a partner until you select a subsidiary.
Customers Determines whether you want to display information for all customers or one customers in particular. You cannot select a customer until you select a partner.
From/To  Specifies the date range that the report includes.
Generate Creates a report based on the criteria you specify.
  Prompts you to download the report as a CSV file.
Name The name of the organization that the documents belong to.
Received The number of documents received within the specified date range.

This column is the basis for all other columns, and it is the only column that is bound by the date range.

Successfully processed

The number of documents that have been successfully processed (export succeeded or post succeeded).

This column is not bound by the date range. Because this report is based on when documents are received, it is possible that the other statuses (Successfully processed, Rejected etc.) occurred after the date boundary.

Rejected

The number of documents that have been rejected and were not successfully processed or deleted.

This column is not bound by the date range. Because this report is based on when documents are received, it is possible that the other statuses (Successfully processed, Rejected etc.) occurred after the date boundary.

Deleted

The number of documents that have been deleted (not successfully processed).

This column is not bound by the date range. Because this report is based on when documents are received, it is possible that the other statuses (Successfully processed, Rejected etc.) occurred after the date boundary.

In progress

The number of received documents that have not been successfully processed, deleted or rejected.

This column is not bound by the date range. Because this report is based on when documents are received, it is possible that the other statuses (Successfully processed, Rejected etc.) occurred after the date boundary.
