Cancel a service plan

You can cancel a service plan at any time.

  1. Log in to the Tungsten AP Essentials Store: https://store.readsoftonline.com/

    You have five chances to enter the correct password when logging in. If you enter the wrong password more than five times, your account is locked for 30 minutes.

  2. Select your email address at the top of the web page to manage the account settings.
  3. Select My plan.
  4. Select Cancel my plan and use the view that appears to confirm that you want to cancel your service plan.

    After you cancel a plan, you can continue to use Tungsten AP Essentials until the current subscription period ends. After the current subscription period ends, your account is paused.
