Rerouting an invoice

You can reroute an invoice, for example, if the you think the invoice belongs to another user or if more authorization is required for approval. To reroute an invoice:

  1. Click Reroute in the document view.
  2. Use the dialog that appears to describe why you want to route the invoice and specify who you want to reroute the invoice to.
  3. Click OK. An email notification is sent to the user your specified in the previous step.
