Preview features

New features are sometimes released early on a limited basis to preview and test. Preview features are typically enabled only for selected accounts, or for a single AP Essentials customer.

This approach gives customers an opportunity to preview new features and provide valuable feedback to help the AP Essentials team make improvements before the features are released systemwide. Preview features are not always released to all AP Essentials users at once. They are selectively enabled on only a fraction of all accounts, or a preview feature can be restricted to a single customer. Releasing features on a preview basis is helpful to users and AP Essentials development because it gives users a chance to test drive new features and provide vital feedback that can improve the feature before it is finalized and released to all users. Preview features are announced in What's new. Announcements are also made in What's new when a preview feature is elevated to general availability for all accounts.
