The contents of Help vary, depending on your role and the features you use.

Internet Explorer is reaching its end of life, and it does not support modern coding standards.

For the security of your data, as of November 2021, ReadSoft Online will no longer support Internet Explorer, and you will not be able to log into any of ReadSoft Online's services or apps using Internet Explorer.

Interpretation accuracy is now monitored and improved automatically, so it is no longer necessary to submit feedback manually using the Feedback dialog. The Feedback dialog will eventually be phased out in favor of the new, automated technology. However, if you still experience long-term interpretation results that do not meet your expectations, please contact support.

The contents of Help vary, depending on your role and the features you use. Help comes in two flavors:

  • Office Help - for users who process invoices. You're reading Office Help now.

  • Admin Center Help - for administrators who set up and maintain ReadSoft Online. Admin Center Help is the most comprehensive of the two help systems, and it includes Office Help too.
