The Users view
Use this view to add or edit a user in Admin Center.
To access this view in Admin Center: Navigate to Account > User management > Users in the tree view.
Use this view to add or edit a user.
ADD |
Displays a view that you can use to add a new user. |
IMPORT | Displays a
view that you can use to
import
multiple users using a CSV file.
This button is not available on all levels of the tree view. |
EXPORT |
Prompts you to download a CSV file containing user information from the current view. This is helpful for administrators who need to get an overview of users and their settings. The CSV contains this information:

USER NAME |
The name you use to log in with. You can click the user name to display a view that you can use to edit its settings. |
FULL NAME |
The real name (first name, last name) of the user. |
The email address of the user. |

ROLE |
The role of the user.

RESET PASSWORD |
Displays a dialog that asks if you are sure if you want to reset the user password. If you click OK, a new, random password is created for the selected user. The new password is sent to the user via email. You cannot choose or see the password that is sent to user. |
DELETE | Displays a dialog that asks if you are sure you want to delete the user. If you click OK, the user is deleted from the system. |
